Connection to internet had been lousy since last Saturday night. Here’s some update for the past three days. 続きを読む »
I had a good day filled with pleasant chats with two friends, one was in the afternoon and another in the evening. lol It’s actually about my presentation on 敬語(Keigo aka Honorifics Japanese language) and these two friends were my interviewees.
Both of them gave me great feedback and thoughts especially the former girl. She is a very bright, talkative and cool girl. I can say she’s the first girl whom I think is cool, really. Not that her appearance but the way she talks, behaves and thinks. It’s so much different from the contemporary women who pursue branded stuff and rich men (not all, I know but); despite being young in age (younger than me!), she is very independent and determined to be a good example of her younger siblings. I think I like her very much in the way she thinks.
Ah, but she smokes. ;_; Though I’m okay with people who smoke since I have some smoking friends, too. At first I was a little surprised for she doesn’t give me that image but she is not a heavy smoker, so well, smoking is a common thing in Japan and I might as well accept it? *shrugs* Anyway, she doesn’t smoke at all at home for the sake of her younger siblings, so yeah, I’m okay with it.
Still think she’s very cool. (And of course nothing to do with smoking!)
After the first interview, I went to 渋谷(Shibuya) to meet my another friend and guess what? 続きを読む »
I made stuffed tomato with mashed potato this evening. Had been practicing with tomato carving lately. Not something that is very glamour though, but I’m happy that I can carve. Note: I was very bad in rose carving using carrots during the class of fruit carving last year. My classmates were way much better than me, which made me feel inferior in the class. Anyway, things wouldn’t be improved without any effort put in right? I tried with apple and tomato skin lately. Guess what? I managed to make a rose petal out of these ingredients!
Here’s the photos.
